Here in Jacksonville, we have a growing problem with idiot PUNKS driving like A HOLES all over the city. It started with tearing up parking lots but now they are doing spin outs and donuts in the middle active intersections and holding up traffic. Business owners are saying that their parking lots are being shredded. One lot was just resurfaced and striped. It's trashed now. I usually do not question the Cops but, IMO, they have done a piss poor job and laying the hammer down.
Two weeks ago, there were several bleeding hearts who said it keeps young people out of trouble. B.S. !! What they are doing IS trouble and dangerous. ALSO...Last week, someone was shot during a meeting of a sweet n innocent "CAR CLUB" meeting. I get that young people have been drag racing for generations. But we are not talking about some isolated road at 2 AM. We talking about majors intersections being overrun by a bunch of A HOLES!
If left to me??? I'd stake out their known racing areas....Arrest them, $1000 fines, loss of license for 3 months and litter pick up for 24 hours. I live a quarter mile from one of the streets that has the sweet n innocents doing their crap late at night. If I'M driving down the road, I will NOT yield to these losers. Lord help them if they even touch a coat of wax on my car.
