Other than the kind you need to see a doctor for. I know a lot about them little guys.
I do like Dungeness if their fresh. They used to be plentiful off the Bay area up north but climate change impacting ocean temperature along with over fishing has all but wiped out the population. Restaurants claim to serve them but usually they come down from Washington and even Alaska and so not as fresh, believe it or not, from crab meat flown in from the east coast-i,e, Maine. Fresh Maryland Blue Crab is to die for. They used to sell it-expensive-by the can at Costco but no more.
And by "fresh" I mean you can almost smell and taste the ocean. Often crab meat in a crab salad at even expensive restaurants has an iodine taste to it.
My last meal before I'm put down will be crab, butter, lemon, sour dough bread, Caymus Cab-yes red !.
