How do you know you have it? Tested?
The sickest I can remember ever being was in the middle of COVID two summers ago. Sore throat so bad could barely take water. Unstoppable coughing. Weak to point of being too sick to climb up into our platform bed. Needed help as if I was a total invalid. But no fever and tested negative. Looking back I wouldn't be surprised if it was a false negative. However, my internist said I actually had a bacterial infection and not a virus. Consistent with that is that my wife was never sick.
