I hear you. I have a sister, 2 brothers, lots of nieces, nephews, great nephews and nieces, and lots of cousins but we are not close. I haven't spent a Christmas with my siblings and their families ever.. We are scattered in different states and we've just come to do our own thing for and with our own immediate families.
I only have hubby, grandson, and 2 adult kids so the quantity is small for me.
