Bellinger is mentally cooked. I can't understand why Roberts is so obsessed with giving our guys days off with 20 something games left and in the heat of a Division race. Yet the guy who needs to sit magically appears in lineup every night? I think Bellinger at this point should be late inning defensive replacement... perhaps a pinch hit trying to catch lightning in a bottle type a thing..... and that really seems a reach at this point. Get Beatty back up where he belongs he is a better option while Pollock recovers.
1 gm wildcard will be very nerve racking...anything can happen.
