From both of you. As for the 'partnership'.... that's my biggest concern, although not so much because of the risk of having the partnership go bad. We've partnered before. Several times, actually. Farm equipment. BUT - I do think this is a project I'd rather go solo on.
Very good points about hidden costs, Roman. With no experience you gave me a lot to consider. We're only at the very beginning phase of considering this... so we haven't as yet even thought through what our goal is should we purchase it and restore it. - JamesJM
