I cannot sleep much longer than 6 hours before I get sore. With age, my mattress seems to get harder. My sleep pattern has been AAWWWWWESOME since retirement. I go to bed around 9:30-10 EVERY night and get up around 4:30-5. I LOVE having the same pattern every night. 35 years of the Fire Dept REALLY screwed with that. I scheduled a appt with my Doctor for the pain on my extreme lower back (Basically my butt). I am almost 99% sure it is from me sleeping on my stomach WAY too long about 3-4 weeks ago. I woke up in the middle of the night and my back was in BRUTAL pain right at the butt/ belt line. I bet anything, I torqued something out of whack. I just want my Doctor to confirm it because it still aches a tad when I sit down. Not a bad pain at all but......
