yeah-living in So Cal all my life and been through numerous earthquakes including the Northridge one. It's there and it's over with. Like a vaccination that may hurt and then its gone. OTOH we were in Alabama dropping off our grandkids for Space Camp at Huntsville when a "tropical storm" hit us. It last for a few days and if that is a precursor to a hurricane I don't want any part of a hurricane.
