1:14am... I'm up and running.

I'm sure there are some tweaks here and there I'll come across eventually but all the major apps and data have transferred and I'm good to go.

My stupidest mistake: Bought a new external monitor. After my new computer was running I began setting it up. I couldn't find the on/off switch. I searched, searched again, searched for the 10th time. Went and got a flashlight, (it was a little dark in my office and my eyesight ain't the best in dim light), and scoured the monitor up, down, sidewise, even inside out. No power switch. Why? Because it doesn't have one. Maybe they're all like that today but it caught me looking.

Plus... the screen stays black, (no light indicator for on and off and that even though the monitor IS plugged in), until you plug it into the computer, ... at which time it springs to life. Still no light but the screen comes to life.
