You can have an antibody test done

To see if you are immune. A number of people actually turn up positive when they thought they never had the disease because they had such a very mild case.
If your test is negative, then you don't have immunity and had better run to get the vaccine because chicken pox in adulthood carries a very high mortality rate, a whole lot higher than COVID does.
