I haven't noticed that businesses are shutting down due to people not wanting to work but I have heard that businesses are having staffing issues. I just watched a story on tonight's local news where they were saying that restaurants and bars are having lots of trouble filling positions because people just aren't applying for them. I wonder if it will be a different story in about a month when high school and college students are out of school and looking for summer jobs. Unemployment benefits don't last forever and at some point, people who used to work full-time are going to have to go back to work, I would think.
