LOL, sounds like something I'd do....

but I should put my forgetfulness in context here. I live far into the country. The only traveling I do, even before the pandemic, on a regular basis is to my ranch in the mountains.... wilderness. Thus - I seldom wear a mask, no need too, or at least far less need than those who live and work in towns and cities. So I never got used to it, even though it's been a year.

I've also never gotten used to taking along my cell phone, which drives my wife and the rest of my family up the wall. - JamesJM
