and the power has been down for half the town since 1am last night.. So, been loaning firewood to friends/family all day, praying our power doesn't go out... Just shocked the hot tub - that's one thing that kicks butt in snowy, freezing weather..

Gotta love the green energy - wonder how many people will die in Texas from their power being out for days in single digit temps.. I mentioned they should call it Blue Energy since body parts are turning blue due to no heat..

Don't you need power to shock the hot tub? We needed power to shock ours. I mean, you could put the chlorine in, but then you had to run it for about 10 minutes to get it all distributed nicely and that requires electricity.
