the hardest on your heart and/or other organs.. but I do it every night, so I can't whine.. I do think putting blocks under the headboard side frame works really well if you don't have a tempurpedic or whatever its called.. So, keep that in mind, Gator, in case the wedge doesn't suit you..

..and since I drive a car nicknamed "The Wedge" I can guarantee you'll probably break down with regularity lol
