The organ most vulnerable to alcohol is the pancreas. The pancreas produces enzymes, when its working, which helps the digestive process. Alcohol, when over used, can cause pancreatitis which interferes with the enzyme product and severe pancreatitis can lead to pancreatic cancer which is inoperable. I have some personal experience with this.
