My grandson broke the bones in his right hand so he won't compete until the Mammoth championships in January-if he can. My grand daughter trained at Sierra this last Sunday. But the snow is still limited high up and that's where most of the training runs are. No locker rooms to store skis, no inside food-must eat in the cars, etc. Not the same. I think racing will be very limited this year especially on the western slopes. Mammoth may be OK. They should probably do a do over beginning next NOV/DEC
