In the 70's , it was callled the Rolls Royce , and on Sunday evenings , they would open it up to the 17 and younger crowd , it was a pretty large place
the dance floor was right in the middle , and the one song I will always remember was Knock On Wood by Amii Stewart , when that song hit those drums , the whole building shook !!!!
had a lot of great times there
but then in the 80's , when I was in the Navy , the roof was torn off by a tornado , and then rebuilt and remodeled , and renamed to "The Marquee"
Disco was long gone....................but.................it was the 80's
the place has been long closed now for many years
do they even have night clubs anymore ?
