The Devil had a much cooler solo, showed better technique and had better backing band of demons.. Johnny just played fiddle.. The Devil smoked him..

..and while we're at it, in the movie Crossroads, the Devil (Steve Vai) SMOKED Ralph Macchio like a cheap cigar.. it wasn't even close.. Karate Kid just played a few classical scales while Steve Vai blew the barn out - and looked much cooler doing it, as well.. Steve Vai must have asked for a BUTTLOAD of money to have to get whipped by Karate Kid in a guitar duel.. sheesh...
