You are dealing with AT&T.....

not the old DTV, AT&T is IMO one of the worst if not the worst company to deal with, and I have heard their phone service sucks as well. Looks like anything they touch turns to sh$%....They send me my bill 7-8 days before due date, trying to force me into auto pay, I don't want those guys anywhere close to my accounts. They send me an email about my bill 14-15 days before due date.
