every so often my family and I go on a 'moving' binge.... thinking where we'd like to move too..... I was just looking at Sioux Falls no more than an hour ago, (real estate), and you post this.

Yes, I understand that's an exception. I was also looking at Coeur D'Alene and the Spearfish/Rapid City area. Cannot force my family to even consider a warmer area...
