I had planned to give it up and move all my workouts outdoors BUT... it occurred to me that with our summer heat there would be days when 'outdoors' would be next to impossible... so while the majority of my workout is outdoors I continue to use my treadmill somewhat regularly. I will use the treadmill today because:
Had a bad thing happen last night, unexpected, while out on the ditch banks. My legs went numb. I've never experienced that to that degree before yesterday. It's got a me a little worried. That HAS happened to me on the treadmill, occasionally, but never as badly as it happened yesterday evening. I had to stop, rest, and shake my legs out a couple of times along my route... which is about 6 miles long. I'll be discussing it with my doctor during my next visit.
