Steve, Frank... too early to call you two geniuses...

and the numbness is far from over BUT.... I took today off from working because the numbness continues... instead... I did a little stretching AND... borrowed this 'massage' thingie my wife had for the lower back and have used it twice today.

Now don't misunderstand... I'm not 'cured'. But when I put that massager on I immediately felt this strange tingling that radiated a little 'up' but mostly 'down' my legs... and... "RELIEF".

When I turn it off the numbness slowly returns... so I do not know if the stretching and the massager are the fix BUT... I'm convinced the issue is with my lower back and some type of nerve problem. If so... knowing is a HUGE step... so thanks. - JamesJM
