Sounds like a lower back issue..

a nerve getting pinched or inflammation around the back nerves going down to your legs.. I get this weird thing - because of my neck I guess - where it feels like I have a rubber band around one of my toes.. I keep looking and nothings there.. and it gets worse.. and I'm looking closer - maybe a hair got wrapped around my toe and i just don't see it.. Nope... weird nerve issue that eventually goes away..
