as you know I'm a pickup guy.... always have been. But one of the best things I own are 'trailers'... I have 3 of them. One for yard work... one to haul LONG stuff and ATV's, another enclosed for rainy days.
If you're planning on light duty hauling you could get a trailer and pull it behind just about anything. Easy to load and unload, easier than a pickup.
