I learned my lesson a couple of years ago...

we bought a trampoline.... soooooo, backflip on a trampoline.... absolutely NO PROBLEM, right? Well... so I thought. I landed face first snapping my head back and OH GOD the crackling snap sounds that came from my neck. I was laid up for a week.... nah, didn't break anything... I don't think, I didn't check, but YIKES.

So today when athletic prowess of any kind comes up I grab a Bud-Light and a lawn chair then regale everyone about what I used to do.... and still could if I really wanted too.. I just don't want too.
