Could never do it..

I think I'd land on my head.. I've seen professional wrestlers during training - where they do a backflip off the top rope turnbuckle.. These are people who have never done a backflip before.. the teacher just said to "trust it" and that momentum would take them all the way around.. I have a hard time believing that.. lol
