As I'm sure you know movie making is replete stories about authors who took umbrage with the screen adaptions of their novels... and in that vein one of the most intriguing 'tales' as do with B. Traven, the author of "Treasure Of The Sierra Madre".

Not only is the author's identity mysterious but there exists a delicious tale about whether or not he actually visited the movie locale when it was being filmed... having done so, (perhaps), in 'disguise'.
