That's pretty much it. Now I see just about everyone wearing masks outside so its not odd at all anymore. Exception: kids ! I'm talking about youth in their teens. My wife read a study that proved a part of the brain that recognizes danger is not yet fully developed in young people this age. Hence, driving too fast for the conditions and a whole bunch of other stuff. For some it never does get fully developed and we often respect and admire the "courage".
