That means I follow the arguments and the better argument gets the prize ribbon.
The better argument includes this. We don't know if you can get covid-19 again after already having had it, and there's evidence you can. Also the entire concept of "herd immunity" does not mean and never did mean that you let a disease run its course and next time around fewer get it. (This is why the Brits completely abandoned the "herd immunity" approach.) You need vaccines to kick in herd immunity.
Given those facts, no, there is no such thing as "herd immunity" already spreading in the population. That's just the better argument.
