Most of that stuff is pretty standardized. I'm guessing yours is pretty old if you've worn out a wheel. If you know the model number of the mower, you can certainly get one online.

Remove the old wheel and take it with you to make sure you get the correct part. There is certainly a mower repair shop somewhere. Even if you don't want to pay them to fix it, they can get you the right part.
