Because NICS the site that does background checks in order to purchase firearms is down.. It went down yesterday, is still down today, and according to the gun store owner, probably will be kept down two weeks throughout the upcoming national lockdown that is supposed to start Monday.. So, if you need or want a gun, it ain't happening - the government has shut down the ability to buy one.. Unless you're already registered to carry..

This particular gun is a Mossberg 500 Persuader.. $325 locally.. They make several models of pistol grip shotguns.. as do other companies.. Heck, they had one on the wall that had a clip..! Nothing like a shotgun with a 10 round clip.. lol
