What's so so sad to me is that in MY mind, this was avoidable. It didn't have to happen. Ok in MY scenario they probably would have missed the tournament altogether or at best they would have been late to it . but they'd still be here today. I don't have answers. Only questions. Not looking to place blame, but the way I see it... this flight should never have happened in the first place and various folks involved could have prevented it. For me, this is what makes it even more tragic than what it already is.
