The only info-or lack of- that I have came from a conversation with a CHP officer. Maybe they feel its safer if no one knows precisely where the accident occurred, given the layout of the intersection. If true the area depicted in that photo doesn't lend itself to tourism or people walking around to photograph the site. The arrows in the photo are your arrows ? If so where did you get the information to place the arrows. I'm curious since I drive that area several times in a year. Its a main connection for us from the 5 to the 101-our preferred route going and coming.
