There is no nutritional difference between organic and non-organic. The difference is, organic is grown absent any pesticides or whatever growth enhancing additives. So I guess organic would be unprocessed if growth is considered a process. Oftentimes, organic fruits and vegetables are grown in water. . . not ground.
