Have an old friend, used to be our Foreman back in the day.... hails from Oklahoma, been a cowboy all his life. Ever see the movie "Lonesome Dove"? In that movie Gus makes some biscuits in a dutch oven. My friend, (name of Charles), did it exactly the same way.

I didn't get to partake of them all that often... on a few hunting trips, but those were the best biscuits I've ever had.

Mama you sound like one hell of a good cook. Cooking doesn't run in my family... except my son. Not sure where he got the talent but he's good, he's very good.
