and it shouldn't....

after freezing it, (getting it cold I mean, it doesn't freeze), it doesn't taste nearly as strong. It does, however, now taste much sweeter. Next batch I'm adding half the sugar I did in this one. My wife loves it.

I had 7 pints of alcohol/lemon mix, which comes out to approximately 7 liters of Limoncello... meaning I have enough Limoncello for everyone in western Fresno County.
