For Google Chrome:
1. Go to Customize and Control Google Chrome all the way to the right on the Header Bar (3 little dots)
2. Go down and click on Settings
3. Go down to the bottom and click on Advanced
4.Go down to Clear Browsing Data
a. Click on the arrow to the right
b. Make sure Cached images and files is checked
c. Click on the Clear Data Button
