..and generally they are not making the door - they get a flat rate.. I know around here they pull $3K-$3500 a night and they're hotel is included as well as sound man and lights and they don't hafta lug a PA or lighting with them as its all included.. So, you can play two nights for 2 hours a night and pull in $1400-$1800 a piece, easily, with no overhead, depending upon how many band members you have....
