Definitely a movie you don't take seriously.. The only movie I almost walked out of was Anchorman.. My wife and I both were asking why we were still there about an hour into it..

..then one time we rented District 9.. The first 30 minutes I keep reaching for the remote to shut it off.. Had no desire to watch that mess... but, for some reason I didn't shut it off... then it got better... then it got a LOT better... by the end we were cheering for the guy saying stuff like "other than Jaws, best movie ever!".. Still wondering why they didn't do a sequel.. never seen a movie so brilliantly set up for a sequel.. and then never made one..
