Do you know anything about coral toxicity?

In April I was chasing a shark on video in Bora Bora and hit both knees REALLY hard on a chunk of coral.. Was cut up pretty good on both knees.. On the boat, where I was making a minor bloody mess, the dive master told me I needed to use lemon to get the coral debris out of my knees.. I never got the opportunity..

So, pretty much since the middle of the trip until now I've been nauseated and somewhat dizzy and TONS of neck pain (common for me) and muscle aches -especially lower back and legs.. The last two weeks I've run fever almost non-stop up to 102F but with no other symptoms, other than massive body aches.. My legs are burning, tho, on the surface - kind of like I don't want anything to touch them..

Now, this could be from something else.. Lots of mosquitoes around here and west nile virus has been detected.. don't think zika is here in Texas yet.. Anyways, the only thing I can think of is the coral, but I really can't find any info on it..

There are no doctors anywhere NEAR me that know ANYTHING about coral toxicity or anything like that.. I'm just wondering if this is even a possibility... cuz it ain't cool being sick for several months... thanks, man..
