Watching a loved one battle disease is horrible. When it's a young person, it's that much worse.

Had a conversation with the parent of an 11 yr old boy who's been battling cancer for six years. They've been through a lot of highs and lows as you can imagine. So many doctors, so many treatments. They're fortunate to live among great family members and a community which supports them in every way.
