And their beaches are littered with topless chicks - total nudity isn't allowed, but there isn't a top to be seen anywhere on the beach.. but it should by mandatory to cover that up because with an exception here and there, the rest of 'em have been hitting the pizza and pasta bars WAY too much.. lol..
