That's because you asked for the ACTOR with the most charisma.
Although it's true that Elvis acted in some movies, speaking for myself.. I don't think of him as an actor, but rather a singer.
He was a singer who starred in some movies where he sang in all of them except one - Charro!...
and even though he didn't sing in that movie, he did sing the theme song.
So if Elvis didn't appear at the top of someone's list, they're not exactly wrong by not putting him there.
