There have been a TON of launches at the Cape in recent years. I probably have seen 9-10 from my house.

But the VERY coolest thing I saw was the re entry of a Rocket about a year and a half ago. It was even better than seeing the shuttle launches. VERY bright flames that lasted for a solid 2 minutes.
