At least they got down to the 4 Min. mark this time.
All come down to $$$, during Apollo NASA budget was 5% of GDP, now its .3%. They are trying to do it on the cheap.

There have been a TON of launches at the Cape in recent years. I probably have seen 9-10 from my house.
