Richard Chamberlain pretty much had covered Alexandre Dumas in the 70's

not only did he make one , but three different Three Musketeers movies , but also The Man In The Iron Mask and The Count of Monte Cristo

I'm guessing he was a fan of Alexandre Dumas....................lol

I see that new French version of The Count of Monte Cristo , clocks in at 3 hours long , but considering , the actual novel is like 1400 pages long , no movie has ever really done it justice


I do remember The Man In The Iron Mask creeping me out as a kid
