I always wanted to like Stryper

but.............

for what ever the reason , they just never really clicked with me like alot of the metal bands of the 80's did

and I'm not talking about the religious part , because thats what drew me to them in the first place

so I don't know if it's Michael Sweet's singing or what , but for me , listening to Styper is like listening to nails on a chalk board.............lol

I did introduce my roommate in the NAVY to Stryper , he's actually gone and seen they a couple times , but he lives down their in Florida and probably has more opportunities then I do

always thought their look was really cool
