I have not been to a music concert in years. I'm old. Just saw, tonight, the artist who plays my favorite song of all time , (tied with another artist actually), will be at the Hollywood Bowl on Sept 1st. Now I suppose, because I'm VERY behind the times, that cost is nothing, right? But it is for me. Still can't believe I pulled the trigger.

Don't think I'm going to tell you "who" because.... that would confirm for you that I've lost my mind... and I very much doubt you would know him anyway.... BUT... in my defense - the artist recorded my favorite song of all time, (tied with one other and I've SEEN the other in concert several times).... the song quite literally changed my life. I don't think I'd be out of line saying it defined my life.

The 2nd group playing is also a favorite of mine... I'll go ahead and reveal that one.. TOTO.... albeit without their drummer Jeff Porcaro who actually made the band what they were. He dies young a long time ago.

This will be HUGE for me.... OR.... he won't play my favorite song? That won't happen... he is literally defined by the song. - JamesJM
