NCAA basketball and the tourney used to be an obsession when players were sticking around for 3 to 4 years. Now I start paying attention when the conference tournaments start. This year’s tournament is starting to feeling anticlimactic as I don’t see how anyone beats UCONN, but should the Huskies lose it will suddenly become a great moment in tournament history. DJ Burns and NC State are a great story though. Anytime a team seeded in the double digits advances to the final four it is exciting. I’ll be cheering for them as well.
Caitlin Clark has me watching the women’s tournament as well.
