The very best one I ever saw was about 10 years ago at Jacksonville Beach.

All six of us went out there to spend the day. When the eclipse happened, there was juuuuust the right amount of clouds to filter a lot of the sunlight. It was still tough to see but you could clearly see the eclipse. What I remember that day was just how much cooler the beach felt for those 3-4 minutes.
